Note: Delivery timelines may vary due to location, courier service availability, or festive season delays.

Order Processing Time

At Vector9 by Adition, we aim to deliver your orders quickly and securely across India.
1. Shipping Timeframe

Orders are processed and shipped within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation.
2. Delivery Timeframe

Delivery within metro cities: 3–6 business days from shipping date.

Delivery to other locations: 5–9 business days from shipping date.

Remote/Outstation deliveries may take up to 12 business days.
3. Shipping Charges

Shipping is free for orders above ₹499.

A nominal shipping fee is applied for orders below this amount.

We do not currently ship to:

Delays & Delivery Issues

If your order is delayed beyond 15 days (domestic) , please contact us and we will investigate or offer a replacement if eligible.

We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect addresses or customer unavailability.
Returns & Reattempt

Orders returned due to non-delivery (incorrect address or customer unavailable) may incur a reshipping fee.

In such cases, a 10% restocking fee may also apply.
